Back in December we told you about The Vegan Duchess, a raw quick-serve restaurant and juice bar opening in the Yonge-Eglinton Village. As of February 11th, the full menu is available including breakfast, snacks, salads, main meals, and desserts. “The Vegan Duchess aims to dispel “myths” about Raw Veganism being insipid or boring or “just salads”.
