The owners have opened a new, all-vegan location on Bloor Street, between Bathurst and Spadina, that actually serves plenty more than just sushi! My partner and I started with two appetizers. The Chick’n Karaage are little breaded and fried “chicken” nuggets, that reminded me of Zoglos that I ate back in the day. To continue with the fried theme, we also ordered the Tao-Hu Dan, four deep-fried pieces of tofu that are stuffed with cilantro and cucumber. I loved the contrast of the crispy, fried tofu and the fresh, crunchy greens and veggies!
