Steppin’ to the Beet: TVA’s Virtual Fitness Challenge

Run, walk, or bike 5k, 10k, a half or full marathon, or a duathlon distance of your choice, to raise funds for the Toronto Vegetarian Association in celebration of World Vegetarian Day! When does my run/walk/bike take place? World Vegetarian Day is Thursday, October 1, but you can pick any day from Saturday, September 19 to Saturday, October 3 to complete your personal fitness challenge.  What does a virtual fitness challenge mean? Are we doing this together, in person? You will complete your fitness challenge on your own, on the day of your choice, although of course you may have one or two friends or family members who are also interested in signing up for the same challenge and you could complete it together! But don’t worry, there will be plenty of opportunities for you to meet and chat with others who are completing the challenge throughout the summer, both in person and online. See more details below!
