Weekly HITT Workout! by Toronto Veg Fitness

We will be doing these workouts weekly on Thursdays at 5:30pm. Feel free to join if you’d like to get back into a routine.
All workouts will be between 25-35 minutes. I will post a YouTube link a few days prior to Thursday. Trying to find videos that have modifications and have some good music in the background. If you have any suggestions, let me know.
