Bring a favourite dish that is either from one of Dr. McDougall’s books, or from another oil free, plant based resource such as fatfreevegan.com. Aim to make a recipe that serves at least 6-8 people. If you prefer, bringing a simple plate of fruit or fresh vegetables (carrots, celery, etc.) is appreciated if making a recipe isn’t possible.

Please note, for the use of the space we are asking for a minimum donation of $2.00 for each person attending.

If you’re driving, there’s free parking in the church parking lot. Please keep in mind that the paid parking is to be ignored, parking is free on Sundays.

To find us by bus: the #100 Flemingdon Park bus stops right across the street from Don Heights. Get off this bus at Gervais Drive. The #25 Don Mills bus (get off at Wynford Drive and walk east one block) The #34 Eglinton East bus (get off at Don Mills and Eglinton, walk north to Wynford and a block east to Don Heights).

When you bring your dish, please have the recipe printed out to be displayed with your food. This is to ensure that anyone with allergies can safely eat and enjoy themselves.

Looking forward to seeing you on Sunday, May 21st at 1:30 pm!
