We’ve waited long enough for summer to come back – so come savour those fresh summer flavours!
Join Marni beginning on Thursday, June 30th to learn how to create fresh and fun summer recipes including: delicious salads, smoothies, appetizers, dinners, and desserts! You will become an expert on how to quench your thirst and hunger while beating the heat in this 4 week cooking class series or join us for an individual class!
Week 1: Appetizers and Dips

Everybody likes to nibble whether it’s finger foods, dips or snack! Bring these dishes to a party or enjoy them at home – you can always use just a few more recipes to keep things fresh.
Sample menu: Mango Rice Paper Rolls, Green Pea Guacamole, White Bean and Dill Dip, Spinach Almond Patties, Sunflower Seed Nori Rolls
Special guests: This class will feature sampling and a workshop from local superstars, Tradition Miso!
