Looking to optimize your performance and nutrition on a plant-based diet? Come and join my online event! I’m a vegan Registered Dietitian with a PhD in nutrition, and 20 years experience of helping people optimize their health through nutrition.

In this interactive hour, you will discover the fundamentals of plant-based nutrition. You will also learn how to meal plan to meet your needs as an athlete, identify the key nutrients athletes need and how to get them. I’ll share how to avoid burnout and

I’ll be sharing great tips for pre-workout, post-workout and snacks to fuel your workouts! Plus my thoughts on supplements for vegan athletes.

This event will be helpful for people new to plant-based diets, and for those who have been vegan a long time. I welcome high-level athletes or those who just like to be active and want to make sure they are fueling their bodies right.
