Join Samantha Mirarchi, registered Social Worker & Psychotherapist, who’s dedicated to helping others find their balance, build healthy relationships, and get through life’s challenges.
She’ll be sharing some tips about self care and mental health to help you cope with the effects of being in quarantine and the current state of our world.
Through a vegan lens, she’ll be covering:
-the meaning of self care and how to include it in your routine
-the importance of boundaries in maintaining mental health and well-being, and
-how to cope with difficult feelings like uncertainty and lack of control
