Healthy Plant-Based Cooking 101

Get ready for new techniques, new food, and new fun!! Our second class will be even more jam-packed than the first – even more hands-on, plus new activities and topics such as flavor pairing, dressing/sauce making, and more! We’ll start eating sooner, so make sure to come hungry!
Hosted by Chef Matan Volach, this hands on cooking workshop will feature a gourmet 3-course meal (come hungry), and lots of hands on practice. Recipes will be different from previous workshops. Participants are encouraged to ask questions and come hungry.

Easy and accessible cooking techniques, and mouthwatering recipes for any lifestyle
The latest in health and wellness research and the benefits of a plant-based diet
