Fitness Goals in 2021

Hi everyone, Toronto Veg Fitness is having our first virtual meetup of 2021 and invite everyone to join! It will be a casual hangout, with the general discussion topic of our fitness goals for this year.
It has been nearly a year of varying levels of stress and change for us all. And understandably for many of us, there might now be more important priorities than keeping up our usual workout routines. But “fitness” doesn’t have to mean spending an hour at the gym – it can be as simple as sticking to 30 mins of outdoor walks each day!
We would love to hear how everyone is approaching their personal fitness goals for this year, but you are welcome to attend even if you prefer not to share.
