New Vegan Location Boon Burger Café (114 Dunlop St. E., Barrie, www.boonburger.ca,) is opening in Barrie! Canada’s first exclusive Vegan Burger Café currently has two successful locations in Winnipeg, and will be making their Ontario debut this July. Boon features traditional burger joint classics made vegan and entirely from scratch from quality, sustainable ingredients. “We are very proud to offer a 100% animal-free, plant based menu… We compost and recycle most of our waste. We use NO deep fryers and NO microwaves.
