Amy believes in the evidence-based health and environmental benefits of plant-based diets and is the author of The Long Table Cookbook: Plant-based recipes for optimal health. Join us as we learn more about Amy and how to maintain a healthy liver.

Eating for liver disease is a wonderful summary of some of the key points Amy shares with us and Nutrition treatment of liver cirrhosis is the resource she used when preparing this summary.
