Happy New Year! We’re pleased to report that we’re starting 2019 off with a bunch of new vegan businesses to tell you about!

Cinnaholic Danforth — TVA Members save 15%

Flower Lantern Vegetarian Restaurant

This new restaurant near Weston Road and Finch serves a variety of mock meat dishes, soups, stir fries and noodle bowls which are almost all vegan, and are all vegetarian! And they deliver via Skip the Dishes too! We can’t wait to try them out when we’re in the neighbourhood.

Gemaro Bakery
149 Main St.
This vegan, gluten free and allergen free bakery just opened up a retail location at Main and Gerrard but you’ve been able to find their baked goods at retail locations around the city for awhile now! Their breads and treats look amazing, and we’ve heard great things about the taste!

Virtuous Pie
611 College St.
At long last this West Coast pizzeria has come to Toronto! Located in Little Italy, Virtuous Pie serves all vegan pizzas, small plates, ice cream, and more! They’ve even partnered with local bakeries, breweries, beverage makers, and charities to keep the Toronto location local!

Just south of Eglinton on Yonge, this new restaurant offers many vegan and vegetarian options on their menu. They specialize in comfort food, with pizzas, burgers, sandwiches, shepherd’s pie and more on the menu! Vegan options are clearly marked, and they look creative and yummy.
