New Menu Items

Hotel Gelato (532 Eglinton W., 416-932-2663) is offering all new dinner selections. “Check out our brand NEW dinner menu! We are also offering a kid’s section now.” The menu still includes great vegan and vegetarian options, including salads, quinoa, pannini, and desserts. Gluten-free, vegan Hushpuppies (fritters) made with sweet potato, non-gmo cornmeal and quinoa on a bed of massaged kale, as well as a dish called Okonomiyaki, which is a cabbage, carrot, and daikon pancake served with maple miso glaze, wasabi mayo, pickled red onion, green onion, and spirulina gomasio… intrigued? New Location Updates

The newest anticipated location of Magic Oven (347 Keele St. (at Annette), 416-604-0202) is giving the neighbourhood a taste of what is to come. “Our newest outpost in The Junction is now open for delivery! Rawlicious (60 Carden rawliciousguelphSt., Guelph, 519-823-5919) announced in the spring that a new location would be opening in Guelph over the summer. As of July 22nd, that day is here and Rawlicious Guelph is open for business! This location will offer all of the same delicious and creative raw fare, and like all of the Rawlicious locations, will offer raw cooking classes and prepaid 5 day cleanses. In the July updates, we announced that Organic Garage (579 Kerr St., Oakville, 905-849-1648) will be opening a new location in Vaughan at 8020 Bathurst St. Well the details are in! New Vegetarian Restaurant

Vicky’z Vegetarian Eatery (421 College St., 647-344-3305) opened in early July just a few doors east of College and Bathurst. Vicky’z offers made-to-order Mediterranean inspired wraps, bowls, salads and smoothies for dine in or take-away. We love to see new all Vegetarian & Vegan restaurants popping up, welcome Vicky’z!
