The Toronto Vegetarian Association Resource Centre is located 17 Baldwin St on the second floor, and is open to the public on Wednesday evenings and Saturday afternoons. We regret that the RC is not wheelchair accessible.

Resource Centre Hours:
Wednesdays – 6 to 9 pm
Saturdays* – 1 to 4 pm

If you’d like to come by outside of scheduled RC hours, phone the office at 416-544-9800 to make an appointment.

Upcoming Closure: Please note we will be closed on Saturday, March 8th, 2014.

* Note: We are generally closed on holiday long weekends. For example we would be closed on Saturday, June 27th due to the holiday on Wednesday, July 1st. Call us for updates or to confirm hours at 416-544-9800.

A lending library

Browse over 500 titles of books and cookbooks, plus veg magazines, DVDs and videos available for viewing or loan. A refundable $20 deposit is required when borrowing.

A store

We have one of the largest selections of vegetarian books for sale in Toronto – over 100 titles. Tax is included and Toronto Veg Card holders receive 10% off retail prices.

Lots of free literature

We have a wide range of fact sheets, recipe booklets and Vegetarian Starter Kits for free. You can also pick up a copy of the latest Vegetarian Directory, and back issues of TVA’s Lifelines newsletter.
