Dec 14 @ 5:30 pm – 7:30 pm
An evening of Vegan Food and Wine Pairings hosted by A Vine Romance @ Yam Chops | Toronto | Ontario | Canada

What? Aren’t all wines vegan? Now there’s something you might not have thought about.
Join us for an evening of ‘firsts’ on Sunday, December 14, 2014, as A Vine Romance brings together North America’s first vegan-certified winery with Toronto’s first vegan ‘butcher’ shop!

In this festive, cocktail-style event we’ll sample the full 10-wine slate of Karol Estates (including their very rare ‘white port’) paired with specially selected vegan canapés prepared by Toronto hotspot, Yam chops.

Event hosts Priya and Alex (Sommelier at Lee Restaurant, flagship restaurant of famed celebrity chef, Susur Lee) will talk with Sherry Karlo, co-owner of Karlo Estates, about Karlo’s philosophy and commitment to being vegan-certified.

$50 regular rate, $45 for Toronto Vegetarian Association members (must show Toronto Veg Card at the door as proof of membership)
