Dr. Daniel Saugh, MPH, MDiv, PhD, RPsych is a registered psychotherapist who promotes wholistic mental health through lifestyle medicine. Dr Saugh completed his Masters in Public Health at Loma Linda University and his PhD at Wilfrid Laurier University. He is licensed with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario.
