Sunday FREE YOGA MINI CLASS 9:30 AM – 9:50AM Egyptian Yoga chakra grounding, healing and self care nurturing yoga. Based on sacred geometry, sacred energy cultivation and breath work take time out to revitalize your body in twenty short minutes. Great for strengthening the reproductive system of men and women, root chakra, sacral chakra, grounding and stability and more. As a devoted Raw Foodist, Khepra Anu has dedicated his life to sharing his knowledge of the power that the Live Food lifestyle combined with systematic fasting has on the body. Over the past 15 years he has hosted numerous health retreats in the U.S. and internationally, during which he guides participants through his unique approach to repairing and detoxifying the human body through the scientific and mechanical application of coconut water, fresh juices, and living food. We are looking forward to having him in Toronto!!!

FRIDAY 6 – 9:30pm: Introduction to Raw Food Living. Q & A with Khepra Anu. We will have refreshments, and a delicious raw food dinner made that we will eat together. Recipes and preparation will be broken down. It will be an informative and celebratory evening preparing our hearts, bodies and minds for a weekend of learning

SATURDAY 10-1:30pm: Juices, mylks, smoothies, and raw soups. We will also discuss topics such as fasting, alkaline foods and important health habits

SATURDAY 2:30-6:00pm: Entrée creations. We will prepare two entrees for us to learn how to make and to enjoy for dinner. Topics discussed will be proteins, grains, seeds and nuts. We will also make some raw chocolate, a bit of decadence for our Saturday evening.

SUNDAY 10-1:30pm: The day will start with a YOGA flow class that will be light and restorative in nature. We will have brunch ready to eat, and will go through the recipe and ingredient process. Desserts on the menu!! We will learn how to make some sweet delights to end off our weekend.
