Chef, cookbook, author and culinary instructor Nettie Cronish will show you the ins and outs of easy and delicious vegetarian meal planning. On the menu: Organic Apricot Black Lentil Soup; Baked Tofu Falafal Balls with Fresh Sage and Parmesan; Red inca Quinoia Chili with Eggplant and Peppers; and Ancho Chili Chocolate Brownies. Plus one lucky registrant will take home a copy of Chef Nettie’s latest cookbook Nourish: Whole Foods Recipes Featuring Seeds, Nuts, and Beans. Nettie has indicated that two of the recipes are vegan and she will show us substitutions to make all recipes vegan. Please register for this class directly with the LCBO Millcroft Center.
