‘Sweater Weather’ is in full swing and with the change in season comes a delicious new crop of hearty vegetables and local ingredients. This month’s supper club is all about celebrating the harvest and honouring those who help put amazing local food on our table. So grab your cardigan, put on a little Neil Young and join us for our Harvest Moon dinner.
***Introduction Course: Warm “Samhain” Harvest Salad with Maple Baked Empire Apples, Charred Ontario Corn and Roasted Sweet Potato tossed with Baby Kale
***Second Course: Seared Rutabaga Risotto Gateau served with Roasted Acorn Squash Wedges and Cumin Toasted Macadamia Nuts
***Main Course: Kidney Bean Chili and Yukon Gold Potato Gratin, Poached Late Autumn Heirloom Vegetables topped with a handmade Cashew & Chive Cheese
**Dessert: Caramelized Pumpkin Cheese Cake served with Butterscotch and Fresh Cranberry Compote
