Join me for a vegan cooking class in a relaxed atmosphere where we will prepare a scrumptious 5-course plant-based meal. Get inspired and learn more about the vegan way of cooking in a fun and relaxed athmosphere!
Our vegan menu will include:
– Green Berry Smoothie
– Orange red lentil vegetable soup
– Whole-grain fusilli with Moroccan roasted vegetables and chickpeas, tahini sauce and Kalamata olives
– Curried cauliflower with dark raisins and pine nuts
– Warm applesauce cake with caramel sauce

Fee: $40 (net proceeds will be donated to the Toronto Vegetarian Association)
