ON THE MENU:
Introduction Course: Homemade Breakfast Pastry Basket
Croissants, Scones and Turnovers served with Red Pepper Jam, Spiced Apple Butter and Clotted Coconut Cream.
Second Course: “Eggs Benny” Fried Heirloom Tomatoes, Wilted Arugula served on top of a Homemade Crumpet with Tarragon “Hollandaise”
Main Course: Crispy Seared Polenta Gateau, Creamed Spinach Scalloped Potatoes with Lemongrass tossed Asparagus and Parsnip Chips
Dessert: “Alpha Betty” Carrot Cake served with Coconut Cream Cheese Frosting and Candied Ginger
Tickets are $45 for a 4-course dinner + Coffee/Tea service.
Space is limited to 20 seats so make sure to snatch up your tickets early before they sell out. As always this is a private event so you may bring your own wine at no additional cost.
