Mushrooms are the main attraction in this month’s one man food production. More versatile than any other co-star, these little buttons of love will steal the show and transform these vegan & gluten-free* dishes into works of art.
SEE MUSHROOMS STAR AS A QUADRUPLE THREAT… ON THE MENU:
Introduction Course: Mini Cremini Mushroom Burgers with Sliced Tomatoes, Caramelized Cipollini Onions and Vegan Mozzarella Cheese.
Second Course: Chantrelle Mushroom & Fennel Gallette garnished with Crispy Fried Wild Leeks.
Main Course: “Steak & Potatoes”
Seared King Oyster Steaks served on a whipped Vegan Cream Cheese Mashed Potato Roasted Asparagus
Dessert: Chocolate Ganache Cake with Ginger & Rhubarb Compote garnished with Shaved White Truffles
Tickets are $45 for a 4-course dinner + Coffee/Tea service.
Space is limited to 20 seats so make sure to snatch up your tickets early before they sell out. As always this is a private event so you may bring your own wine at no additional cost.
