LET’S PARTY LIKE IT’S 1787!
If Tiger Beat existed in the 18th century, Scotland’s national treasure & poet Robbie Burns would have been cover boy material! This UK heartthrob even has his own holiday, so to celebrate his legacy we’re busting out the kilt and wearing some plaid for this month’s Vegan Scottish supper club.
ON THE MENU:
Introduction Course: “Bubbles & Squeak” Potato Pancake with Curried Apple and Ginger Chutney
Second Course: Traditional “Hogmanay” Black Bun with Shredded Cabbage and Chive Slaw served with Soft Tofu Fennel Sauce
Main Course: “Our Beloved” Vegan Haggis made with Apricots and Pearl Barley served with Turned Vegetables, Fried Shallots and “Clapshot” Turnip Sauce
Dessert: Vegan Pumpkin “Cheesecake” and Ginger Snap Trifle topped with Organic Berries and Ginger Snap Crumble
Tickets are $45 for a 4-course dinner + Coffee/Tea service.
Space is limited to 20 seats so make sure to snatch up your tickets early before they sell out.
As always this is a private event so you may bring your own wine at no additional cost.
