Neighbourhood Muse: Korea Town
This month we are not only creating an entirely Gluten-Free dinner but we are also kicking off the first in a series of Supper Clubs inspired by Toronto Neighbourhood. Our November muse is Korea Town; Chef Holloway infuses ingredients traditionally used in Korean cuisine with his French culinary techniques.
•Introduction Course: Sesame Crusted Red Bean Fritters paired with house made Kimchi and Fresh Cilantro
•Second Course: Shittake Mushroom Congee served with a Lime Wedge and Pan Seared Almonds
•Main Course: Steamed Scallion & Jackfruit Bao served with Rice Noodle “Japchae” Stir Fry
•Dessert: Torched Green Tea & Coconut Crème Brulee topped with Fresh Berries

Cost is $45 for a 4-course dinner + Coffee/Tea service.
