Located inside The Horn of Plenty, this eatery serves up healthy, made from scratch, mainly organic food, smoothies, pressed-juices, and specialty coffee/tea. Although not fully vegan, or vegetarian, they offer several excellent vegan and gluten-free choices. Park on the street, or in the municipal parking lot on 23 Hatt St. around the corner (120 spaces). **Optional Bruce Trail Conservancy led hike – for those interested, we meet before 10:00am behind Shoppers Drugmart in the University Plaza on Osler Drive, Dundas to join a 7-8 km hike. We will do a mainly loop hike on or near the Eastern part of the Monarch Trail. Map 8. Leader: Vern Erickson. Note: please arrive early if you need to change into hiking boots or put on sunscreen, as these hikes leave promptly at the specified time.
