In this class, Executive Vegan Chef and cookbook Author Doug McNish will teach you how to create Gourmet Raw Food recipes and will provide crucial tips and tricks for making delicious and beautiful raw dishes on your own.

Doug will be demo’ing recipes – that you will get to sample, such as Golden Beet Carpaccio with a Sprouted Pumpkin Seed Chimichuri, Herb Crusted Portobello Steak with Lemon Garlic Creamed Kale, Teriyaki Kelp Noodles with Mixed Vegetables, Sprouted Mung Beans, Miso Glazed Japanese Eggplant and Dulse. Whether you’re a seasoned Raw Food veteran or a newbie, this class will have something in it for everyone.
