Making Sweets… unrefined sugar, dairy, egg and gluten-free! Everyone needs a little sweet in their life, and in this class we’ll teach you to do it right. We’ll make truffles, cake, pudding and ice cream without all of the common refined ingredients and without animal products of course. We’ll learn about ‘good’ and bad sugars, how they interact with your body, as well as whole food ingredients in sweets, cutting back on oil and fats, and learning how to use substitutions in vegan baking.
