Come see how easy it is to make a salad into a hearty satisfying meal. In this class we’ll prepare a selection of green and grain salads. Recipes include Green Salad with Strawberries, Kiwi and Feta topped with a Greek Yogurt Raspberry Dressing, an Avocado, Mango and Walnut Salad, a Parsley, Barley Salad with Cashews and Goat Cheese and a Spelt and Cranberry Salad. We’ll also show you how easy it is to make great homemade salad dressings so good you’ll want to have salad with each meal! This class will be hosted at Café St. Germain at 1767 Avenue Road.
