This four day hands on cooking camp for teens is going to help inspire your teen to take their nutrition to the next level!
Beginning on Monday, July 20th, your children will learn how to be equipped with basic tips in the kitchen along with other skills to give them the confidence to make their own meals, which is the best investment you can give them. Each day and meal will be balanced and infused with enough nutrition and protein to help their growing bodies thrive.
In these 4 days they will learn:
Basic Knife Skills, Kitchen Etiquette and Equipment, How to prep for recipes and how to put recipes together using baking, cooking, stir frying and blending.
