We are students of the Advanced Baking and Pastry course at Durham College. Patisserie Noir is our brainchild, because a majority of our group is vegetarian/vegan we have chosen to incorporate vegetarian/vegan delights in our Pop-up Bakery. Our aim is to provide something for everyone.
On April 9th from 9am to 2pm we will be hosting a Pop-up Bakery which will be offering tasty vegetarian and vegan deserts such as Berry Creme Tarts, Pecan Pie Truffles and more.
We will be hosting our Pop-up Bakery at the Centre for Food Durham College- Whitby Campus, 1610 Champlain Ave, Whitby Ont.
