Early Morning: Start your day with a healing yoga class right here at the studio!
Breakfast Demo: Cozy Chai Latte, Amaranth Porridge with fruit compote, Yam Pecan Loaf with Almond Butter Dip.
Morning Workshop: Marni will then discuss how to build plant-based diet with comforting, warming foods. We will also set some goals for the new year to get your health on track!
Lunch: Chana Masala, Coconut Vegetable Curry, Brown Basmati Rice Pilaf, Date Raisin Chutney, Chapati’s, Brown Rice Pudding
Late Afternoon: Marni will lead an Immune Boosting + Elixir making workshop so that you can fight those cold bugs naturally!
Afternoon Snack: Marni will make your a warming Elixir with grounding herbs, medicinal mushrooms and her favourite secret ingredient!
