Learning about Mexican cuisine can be a lot of fun in this festive class on Thursday, April.14th. Mexican food doesn’t necessarily have to be overly spicy…it can be mild, yet delicious! In this class you will become acquainted with traditional Mexican ingredients, spices and flavours to make a variety of colourful creations that will keep your belly settled and satisfied. Using a unique plant-based spin on traditional recipes, this Mexican food is designed to be hearty and nourishing.
