Mantra is a sanskrit word which means “that which delivers the mind”. Our mind is full of all sorts of ideas all wrapped up into a big mess. If you’re one of those people who want to unwind, or enter into your inner self, or just explore a cool way to meditate, come out for our Tuesday kirtan groups. Kirtan is a powerful expression of the self to unite and balance all the facets of our life. Specifically, when performed with the association of other enthusiastic spiritualists, mantra yoga connects one with sweetly surcharged happiness like no other.
