You will also be making many of the all important Banchan or side dishes, that traditionally accompany rice or noodles. Korean cuisine is known to have nourishing health benefits because the base includes tons of veggies and rice. One of the most recognizable contribution to Korean cuisine is Kimchi. This nappa cabbage and korean red pepper fermentation is eaten as a condiment as well as playing a main roll in many dishes.
