On Tuesday, October 13th, students will learn to customize their very own sour dough bread in this hands on class, using a variety of gluten free flours and ingredients.
Students will learn how to make a wild yeast brown rice sour dough starter.
Menu: Basic Sour Dough Loaf, Cinnamon Raisin Swirl Bread, Fruit and Nut, Everything Loaf, Olive and Onion, and Herbed bread.
