On Tuesday, October 13th, students will learn to customize their very own gluten free sour dough bread in this demo style class, using a variety of gluten free flours and ingredients.

So you can’t eat Gluten or don’t want too? Will you ever eat bread again? Don’t be silly, of course you can eat bread! You don’t need gluten to make these sourdough bread. Are you looking for that perfect loaf of gluten–free bread that you can make at home?

Without a doubt, one of the top requests that I receive is for Gluten Free Sourdough bread recipes. Not just any bread recipes, mind you, but great gluten-free bread recipes. You are suddenly imagining that amazing smell wafting through your house right now, aren’t you?

Join other students and come and learn how to make a wild yeast brown rice sour dough starter. This is one truly amazing and delicious class.

Menu: Basic Sour Dough Loaf, Cinnamon Raisin Swirl Bread, Fruit and Nut, Everything Loaf, Olive and Onion, and Herbed bread.

Liz will demonstrate how to use the sour dough starter to make savory thin pancakes.
