Selecting favourites from the national bestselling Fresh cookbook, each week will delve into a theme giving you the confidence to make plant-based eating, as easy, fun and fresh as ever!
Week 1 – Satisfying Soups
Make hearty, warming soups that will nourish you from the inside out. Using ingredients like beans, root veggies and greens, you will learn to chop, puree and warm up with these delicious recipes.
Recipes: Creamy Celery & Cashew Puree, Butternut Squash with Sage and Roasted Garlic, Broccoli and Cauliflower Puree, Winter Vegetable Chowder.
Week 2 – Vibrant Salads
Take your salads to the next level at home! These are quick and easy salads that can be eaten for lunch or dinner. Loaded with colourful veggies and topped with amazing dressings, you will be pleasantly satisfied.
Recipes: Antioxidant salad, Go Green, Kale & Oyster Mushroom Salad, Asian Salad.
Week 3 – Nourishing Entrees
It’s all about balance when it comes to vegetarian entrees! Experience this wholesome menu with both cooked and raw options. You are sure to get the protein, healthy carbohydrates and healthy fats you need to feel fresher and fuller on these plant-based meals!

Week 4 – Sweet & Savoury Brunches
