Let your little chef shine in the kitchen for four days during the summer in a four day kids camp while you enjoy your mornings to yourself. Your child will have a chance to create, sample and explore different ingredients and recipes while coming home each day with new inspiration to share with the family! Each day includes a fun and different educational activity to teach the ins and outs of nutrition, healthy eating, and cooking.
These classes are allergy-free! (no dairy, no nuts, no wheat)
Kids Camp Dates – July 14th – 17th or August 11th-14th
July 14th & August 11th: Balanced Brunch: Hearty breakfast treats. Nutrient Rich Smoothie, Chia Cereal, Apple Berry Crumble.
July 15th & August 12th: Lovable Lunch: Maple Beet Avocado Salad, Quinoa Tabule, Black Bean Burgers.
July 16th & August 13th: Delicious Dinner: Tofu Teriyaki, Sushi Rolls, Edamame Dip
July 17th & August 14th: Snacks & Desserts: Carob Fig Fudge, Oatmeal Raisin Cookies, White Bean Dip & Veggie Wraps
