Saturday July 26th – 9am-4pm including snacks in the morning and afternoon. Lunch from 12-1pm
In the morning we will learn how to bind books using very simple sewing techniques and no glue! Liz will show you how to make a simple signature style book and a basic Japanese binding. We will use a variety of beautiful papers to make these keepsakes. The books can be used for drawings or journals or whatever you can think of.
In the afternoon we will explore the accordion-fold style of binding using paper, board, paste and chiyogami papers. Wonderful for sketchbooks, excellent travel journals, guest books and more.

Cost of workshop including lunch is $110. Materials fee is $20 paid to the instructor the day of the workshop.
