Ayurvedic Self and Community Care - 200 Hour Ayurvedic Foundation Program @ Center for Ayurveda and Indian System of Healing

The Ayurvedic self and community care is a door opening program for those who wish to incorporate the ancient wisdom of ayurveda into daily living. This hands’ on self-development program that will teach students the fundamental principles and practices of Ayurvedic care in combination with its sister science yoga.

• Holistic eco-spiritual approach of Ayurveda for serving self and community.
* Focus of this program is the dosha analysis and offer self care with effective support for balancing all aspects of life.

Who can apply: Any individual who has completed secondary or pre-university or equivalent education may apply to this program.

• 160 hours class room theory and practical teaching completed within 4 months a minimum (40 hours reading, case studies & home work)

Course Duration: 4 months (every Monday and Wednesday from 6:00 – 9:00 PM as well as 1 weekend per month.
