Ingredients:

  • 2 cups spelt flour
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 1 cup coconut oil
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 3 cups wild blueberries
  • 1 cup chopped dates
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • ¼ cup chopped almonds
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • ½ a lemon, zested

Here are some suggestions for preparing a delicious and satisfying vegetarian meal.

Hearty soup. Start with water or a soup base made from vegetable bouillon cubes, vegetable juice, tomato juice or packaged soup mixes.
