Know thy Food offers a signature program called Vegan Step by Step, helping make your vegan transition simple, nutritious and delicious. Theme classes and private classes are available in the studio or your home (anywhere in SW Ontario). All food is unprocessed, gluten-free and budget friendly! Whole Recipes for a Healthy World: a selection of individual classes on topics including vegan, Ayurvedic, seasonal, raw, gluten-free, just desserts, 100 mile and more. Small groups; intimate setting; generous multiple-course lunch and handouts.
Group and personalized classes. A full manual of recipes and educational material is provided with lots of delicious food to sample and take home. The series includes: -"Understanding Healing Foods", "Macrobiotics: Wisdom of our Ancestors", "Warming & Strengthening Stews/Soups & More" and others. Cooking classes are also available in Brantford.

You will be given helpful tips in the kitchen along with the nutritional benefit of the foods being prepared. Warm up your soul with hands-on experience of fresh spicy Indian vegan or lacto vegetarian cuisine. You will learn the art of incorporating various grains, seeds, nuts, lentils, herbs and spices in your diet, and plan well-balanced meals and learn timesaving tips.
