The Urban Herbivore TEC location is part of The Eaton Centre's new Urban Eatery! It is the first vegan food establishment to be found in a major mall. The menu features grilled sandwiches on fresh baked bread, 2 build-your-own salad bars, fresh squeezed vegetable and citrus juices. Gluten free donuts and cupcakes. All packaging, including take-out cutlery, is 100% biodegradable.
