Urban Herbivore College is home to the Urban Bakery, where all the baking magic happens. Gluten free cupcakes, tarts, and doughnuts as well as spelt cookies and muffins. DIY salads, hearty meatless sandwiches, grain bowls, and stews. Freshly squeezed vegetable and citrus juice, espresso and organic tea selection. Take home returnable jarred soups.
