Awai is now open for dinner, and will be open for lunch/brunch later in January. 100% plant-based fine dining focused on fresh seasonal local ingredients, with flavours and cooking techniques from around the world. Chef Nathan Isberg is most known for his innovative concepts including the no-menu, pay-what-you-want restaurant, The Atlantic. Giles Coren, "The Million Dollar Critic," said “The mad, challenging, soulful, seriocomic Atlantic was without question the most brain-affecting restaurant I encountered in a joyful, food-filled week in Toronto.”

Casual dining for lunch, and more upscale for dinner. A separate family/kids dining area during the day. The formal tasting menu with drink pairings (alcohol or non-alcoholic) is available Thu-Sat dinner by reservation only.
