Ready to commit to going meat-free for one week?

It is easy to sign up – there is no need to remember a password. Simply enter your name and email below, then follow the instructions. Note: We have also added a Phase 2 below for those who have finished the week.

After you sign up, you will receive an email per day for seven days. Each email includes meal suggestions, recipe links, nutrition information and tips. View a sample email.

Notes:

• We will not sell or trade your e-mail address. See privacy policy for details. After your week is over, we will only send you emails related to your entry (such as updates about prize winners) and a seasonal eNewsletter we have planned. You may unsubscribe at any time.

 

• After you sign up, don't forget to fill out the quick survey before you begin and after your challenge is over. In exchange you will have a chance to win some great prizes.

• Once you sign up, the Veggie Challenge starts right away, so if you are not ready to commit to going meat-free, put a note in your calendar and sign up later.

Phase 2

After you complete the one week Challenge, there is now an option to continue. If you have already taken the Challenge, feel free to sign up below for Phase 2, or you are welcome to start again by taking the one week Challenge a second time.

Phase 2: Receive three weeks of menu plans and recipes along with tips and encouragement. Each menu plan will include ideas for 7 days of breakfast, lunch. snacks and dinners. Plus we will throw in some nutritional information and quizzes. There is no cost and you will have an additional chance to win prizes! There will be one email per week, plus a "what's for lunch" email mid-week.
