The North Market features a huge Farmers' Market on Saturdays starting at 5am – a tradition begun on this site in 1803 and continuing today. Over 50 local farmers and producers bring their seasonal produce and other items to market in the city. Several stalls carry organic products. Vegan Strudel, vegan samosas, vegan muffins are some of the baked goods.
