www.hosu.ca
~~Wide variety of authentic Japanese and Korean cuisine.
~~Their faq page say that they offer a wide range of appetizers, Japanese bento boxes, sushi, and Korean entrees to please all discerning vegan and vegetarian palates. Unfortunately their kimchi contains some fish sauce. A lot of Korean restaurants include fish sauce and egg in their tofu and vegetable dishes, but this is one of the better places. It is recommended by TVA volunteer and podcast host, Colleen, who loves Korean food. "I like the Soon Du Bu and the Dolsot Vegetable Bi Bim Bop. Hosu Bistro is actually the only Korean place I'll go in Toronto."
