Memories of the Durham Vegetarian Festival August 9th, 2009 * * * Thank you to all of our volunteers, to TVA, our speakers, our sponsors, to Durham Region and all who had a great time at Heydenshore on August 9th! * * * Special thanks to Steve Dunk, the main person responsible for acquiring the sponsorship for this event. He also moderated the event and dealt with many unforeseen issues from dawn until dusk. Kudos Steve! Many thanks to Paul and Marco, our dancing pea pod and carrot.
